這２年他勇於突破自我，接連挑戰大陸歌唱節目《我是歌手》、《蒙面唱將猜猜猜》，他坦言：「初中首次比賽就得冠軍，那時的我沒得失心、沒想過結果，但面對《我是歌手》被淘汰，當下是很沮喪的。」他仍在乎舞台上的排名，體悟「把事情歸零和重組」，盡量做好自己。
